5 things 2 know about mobile & internet display ads

1) SITE PIXELS REQUIRED FOR REPORTING & RETARGETING

A pixel (small line of HTML code) must be added to the home page of the business website in order to know if someone who sees the ad goes to your website. Instructions for your web administrator are sent prior to the start of the campaign. This is necessary for Site Retargeting or we can not track previous visitors.

2) GOOGLE ANALYTICS OPTIONAL FOR BEST REPORTING

If you do not have a Google Analytics account set up we can do it for you. If you do, then please add ANALYTICSFULCRUM@GMAIL.COM as an admin in order for us to track results better. Not including this step will reduce the report for Site Conversions.

3) STORE VISITS ONLY WORKS W/ GEOFENCING

Store Visits only work with a geofence campaign. If someone sees your ad while going through a geofenced zone, then walk in your store, then it is reported. However, if they do not bring their mobile device with them then the store visit will not be able to be recorded. Thus, Store Visits is a conservative number & actual numbers could be higher.

4) LOCATION SERVICES & DELIVERING IMPRESSIONS

Ads can not be delivered to phones with location services disabled. However, 9 out of 10 smart phone users have location services enabled so it does not a create a problem delivering the required impressions. If impressions being delivered on not on pace, then we may add another display campaign to assist in delivering impressions.

5) MARGIN OF ERROR

All data, like all products in business, have a margin of error. Restaurants have spoilage & food waste, retailers have breakage & seepage, professional businesses have errors & omissions, and even gold is only 99.99% pure! 3rd Party emailing has an average of 10-15% margin of error.
